Tweaks

So I’ve been working on something I’ve been meaning to do for months – tweaking this layout so it’s a little nicer and a little more “me”.

I still have to work on the background and the footer, but I’ve replaced the ALL CAPS titles on the blog entry with more natural title case, and I’ve also ditched the ALL CAPS text title in favour of a cuter image. I love the colours of this theme and I was really happy to stumble across it.

Overall, it’s obvious that this site is desperately in need of some updates – the last one was in March! I’ve decided for the moment to turn it more into a Tumblr style blog; there will be longer written posts that are unique to this site, but the majority of it will be photos and images I take and/or come across. I don’t want star-girl.org to become completely abandoned because we’ve been together too long for that. It was my second ever domain and it has a lot of history.

I know some people are surprised that I’ve kept it, but I don’t regret it at all. It’s nice to just ramble here, and of course I’m addicted to domains so I won’t be giving it up any time soon, even though I’ve had offers to sell it (whaaat?). So, keep an eye out for lots of images coming up soon!

And as always, if you have any ideas or anything in particular you want me to blog about, just let me know and I’ll see what I can do in the time I have!
