Using Antialias

This is quite basic, but there's a lot of people who make graphics and don't know when/how to use the 'Antialias' feature. If you have a program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, or even most graphics programs, when you create some text, you have the option whether to use it or not. Usually it's a little box or button you can check, and it can make all the difference to your writing. For example, this is my text without the antialias feature:

Notice how jagged and messy it is around the edges? Here's my text with antialias:

See how much clearer and neater it looks now using antialias? :) However, if you're using tiny fonts, the opposite is true. Leave the box unchecked.

So what have we learned today children? :P Check the Antialias box for big fonts and uncheck it for small fonts to get much clearer and neater text. Yay!!!
