Starry Spikes
1. Open up a new image in PSP with a white background.
2. Click
, and if your 'Tool Options' box isn't up, right click
and select 'Tool Options'. Now find a starry image like mine:

3. On the colour palette, make sure only the background colour is selected (like on my image below). Choose the colour you want your stars to be.

4. Draw a smallish star on your white image then press 'Ctrl' and 'C', 'Ctrl' and 'L'. Repeat this 5-6 times, then click the 'Layer Palette' button at the top of your screen if you don't have your layer palette already up (

5. On your layer palette, change the top few layers to 'Screen' or 'Burn', as on mine:

6. Now go to Layers > Merge > Merge Visible and save! This is mine:
