Grunge Lines

1. Open up PSP.
2. Click , and if you don't have the small 'Tool Options' box up, right click the pencil icon and select 'Tool Options'. Match your settings to mine:



3. Now scribble a border around your image, and repeat in two or three different colours till you get an effect you like. It's easier if you zoom in (View > Zoom in).
