1. Open up the image you want to change the lighting effects on. This is mine:



2. Go to Colours > Adjust > Highlight/Midtone/Shadow..., and change your settings to something like mine, have a mess around and see what you can come up with.



3. That's all there is to it, all you need to do is save your image :)
